Doctor in Sociology from the University of Barcelona and Contracted Professor Doctor at the Rey Juan Carlos University (Madrid). She has been working as a researcher on culture and communication since her beginnings at the University of Barcelona, at the Institute of Almeria Studies and, at the Department of Popular Culture of the Generalitat de Catalunya; He currently directs the URJC's Emerging Landscape Research Group (OIP-PAISAJE 56), since the latter has launched the Video and Landscape Contestin the university field, which is now in its fourth edition. She has been visiting professor at the Université d´Amiens (France), at the Università Deglo Studi di Milano-Biccoca (Italy), at the Lisbon School of Social Communication, at the National Polytechnic Institute (Mexico) and at the National University of Córdoba (Argentina) among other centers. Since 2006 he has worked as a teacher in the Department of Communication Sciences and Sociology (URJC) in the areas of Communication Theories and Public Opinion. His lines of research are focused on Landscape Anthropology, Communication and Health, as well as studies in Aesthetics, Video and Politics. Related to these topics are his publications Humanities contents as multidisciplinary reading (Ed. Gedisa) andAntinomies of Communication and Landscape (Ed. Dykinson).
